D1 Drift Series -TP Checker BMW E92 M3
Thursday, 03. 19. 2009 – Category: Aftermarket News, Main
We’re not sure what to make of the TP Checker (“Tire Pressure” NOT “Toilet Paper”) D1 Drift BMW’s engine (it’s a 2JZ-GTE Toyota plant??), but the car did win second place in the best of show category ‘tuning’ at the Tokyo Auto Salon. Using a Vertice Design (see our post a few days ago) widebody body kit, and various other drift scene visual cues, it’s a car that actually looks pretty badass in that over-the-top JDM kind of way! Driven by Takahiro Ueno in the D1GP, you can read up on the details at Kultivate.
