Japanese tuner Powerhouse Amuse (through their BMW-only Ericsson brand) carries this piece as part of their product offering for the BMW E92 M3. the titanium system for E92 M3. Stunningly beautiful, shockingly expensive, and a piece that will no doubt gain you international bragging rights should you decide to mount this thing on your [...]

Bimmerfile just posted a fantastic intro to their experience with the BMW 135i with a slew of BMW Performance add-ons. This rather comprehensive tuning program appears to be targeted at BMW fans who prefer relatively easy bolt on improvements vs. doing deeper development work, but all in all it sounds like a sweet little uptick [...]

More 2010 BMW 5-Series Touring spy shots

Monday, 03. 30. 2009  –  Category: Aftermarket News, Main

Since I’m a total Touring fan, I was excited to see these new 2010 5-Series Touring (F10) spy shots pop up on Globalmotors.net. While still heavily camouflaged, it’s at least no longer burdened with the dead-ugly temporary tail light treatment we saw on a previous test mule. Rumor has it that both wheelbase and track [...]

Video: Another cool BMW Performance 335i/135i piece

Saturday, 03. 28. 2009  –  Category: BMW News, Main

Spotted this video featuring the same BMW 135i coupe/335i sedan combo that was showcased a few days ago, and realized I hadn’t put it up yet. I really dig the clean look of the 135i in Alpine White, with some subtle exterior Performance cues. Some pretty cool shots of the LED steering wheel in this [...]

German BMW tuning house G-Power released info today on their latest creation, the X5 Typhoon, a beast with a 525-hp supercharged V8 Engine and top speed of 170 MPH. Somehow I must admit the brutish looks of this thing are appealing. I’d love to have a test drive in this one!
G-Power press release:
The G-POWER [...]

RDSport, Racing Dynamics’ North American brand, just posted the first offical photos of the RDSport RS46 on their Facebook page. The car is being readied for the European Car magazine photo shoot this week. Details are scarce for now, but we definitely like the way this ride looks!

Despite promising results in qualifying for the second race of the WTCC season, in Puebla, Mexico, BMW drivers Priaulx and Farfus could not convert their front row grids positions into race wins. Swede Rickard Rydell managed to eke out a win in his SEAT in Race 1, which saw a number of minor incidents. Farfus [...]

Let’s see YOU do this with your BMW!!

Sunday, 03. 22. 2009  –  Category: Aftermarket News, Main

BMW has a great history in rallying, starting with the venerable 1600, so we totally dig seeing current M3’s, 3 Series and 1 Series cars campaigned in the toughest form of motorsport. Check out Patrick Bernardini, a former WRC driver, putting a 135i through a turn with a nice Scandinavian Flick!
